Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

After availing the software, the customers are encouraged to use it with full potential.

In the event of unforeseen situations, the below policy of refund and reschedule will apply:

1. Our software is offered to you with demos and sufficient explanations.
2. Software and credentials cannot be transferred from one individual or organization to others without prior written consent of MAGVIG Technologies Private Limited.
3. Customers of MAGVIG Technologies , using the temple management software(read as Temple Authority or Trust), are supposed to make a payment 25000 Rs. within 15 days of confirming the order.
4. If within a month, customer wish to move away from the software, they are entitled to do so and cancellation fees of 5000 Rs. will be applicable and will not be refundable. Remaining amount will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.
5. Additionally yearly maintenance fees of 12000 Re. will be applicable after a period of one year.
6. In case customers want to pay on a monthly basis for the maintenance, they can do so by paying monthly fee of 1499.
7. Maintenance fees paid are not refundable.
8. If any of the fees are not paid within the stipulated timeline or any fraudulent activities are detected, MAGVIG retains the right to withdraw the access to software.

2. In case of any major issues, customers are supposed to contact us by writing to support@magvig.com. We will respond within 24 -48 hours for the same.
